Do you think robots will ever think like humans?
We say that robots don't have feelings and so they can't behave like humans. But the most important thing is the evolution through which we learn or develop a lot of new things about which we were never aware before that point.Perhaps the so and in trying to adapt to them they developed the feelings like hunger, pain, fear, love and so on. So if we give enough time and if robots have the ability to evolve in time, they could one day become as intelligent as humans and may have the feelings.
But according to one mathematical model of how our brains create consciousness, emotional machines will never exist. This is because robots can't handle any process that completely integrates information, so they cannot be conscious and capable of feeling, one expert claims. He believes that integrated information can't be broken down into smaller components in conscious minds, because the brain  information.
The researchers have used mathematics to show that robots cannot handle the complex processes needed to mesh pieces of information together seamlessly. Therefore, if consciousness is based on the integration of lots of pieces of information, robots can’t be conscious and capable of experiencing emotions like humans. His research may mean that lonely humans will not find love with a robot, they are unlikely to be made their slaves either.
Why do robots even need emotions, do they want robots to feel pain or sorrow or do they expect robots to feel happy, what is the point as the more human you make them the more they are likely to copy humans into messing things up. I can just imagine a robot like a stroppy teenager and refusing to do their function. We only need to program robots to carry out tasks but the more tasks robots can do the less we need people.
But to cut down to the chase, we humans got certain hardware, biological equivalents to software and our neural system is a closed system, so yeah, we are theoretically able to fully create that, which includes everything from perception, to feelings, to creativity. The reason that we cannot do that right now, depends on our current understanding of the brain and the state of current technological equipment.
